AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Compensation of Circuit Court Examiner

FOR the purpose of altering the compensation of the circuit
court examiner in Allegany County; correcting an error;
and clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Allegany County
Section 31

Article 1 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 1 - Allegany County

31.

In Allegany County an examiner [shall be] IS entitled
to receive [$20.00] $35 per action. The court in which the
action is pending may increase the total amount to be paid
to the examiner in any action when in the" opinion of the
court the examiner should receive additional [remuneration]
REMUNERATION. It is the duty of the examiner in making his
return to the court to certify in each action at whose
instance and for how long he has been employed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Corrective Legislation - Annotated Code of Maryland

FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors published in
certain Articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
