A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT concerning

Preliminary Subdivision Plats

FOR the purpose of extending from one year with a
discretionary six (6) month extension to two (2) years with
a discretionary one (1) year extension of time permitted the
period of validity of a preliminary subdivision plat.

EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Hospital Commission and Boards of Directors:
Reappointment of Chairperson to Additional Terms

FOR the purpose of allowing the County Executive to
reappoint an incumbent Chairperson of the Hospital
Commission or of a member hospital Board of Directors for
more than one additional term of office, not to exceed three
consecutive additional terms and providing for continuity of
such appointments.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
