AN ACT concerning

Licensing Air Conditioning, Refrigeration
and Heating Contractors

FOR the purpose of requiring a person to obtain a
license to install, maintain, repair, or replace
refrigeration, air conditioning and heating equipment, and
mechanical ventilation equipment incident thereto,
regardless of the source used to generate the energy to
power the equipment.
