Financial Disclosure Act

FOR the purpose of transferring the responsibility for
advisory opinions and enforcement of the County's Financial
Disclosure Act from the State Financial Disclosure Advisory
Board and the Attorney General to the County Board of Ethics
and the County Attorney, respectively.

Benefit Performances

FOR the purpose of defining the terms "carnival" and
"ride", specifying when a raffle may be held without payment
of a permit fee, specifying the value of prizes which may be
awarded at benefit performances, and increasing the penalty
for operation of a benefit performance in violation of
Subtitle 5 of the County Code.
