AN ACT concerning

Inclusion of Flood Plain In Net Lot Areas

FOR the purpose of providing that land within the
100—year flood plain may be included as part of the minimum
net lot area of a lot in the 0—S and R—A Zones.

EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Nursing Homes

FOR the purpose of enforcing nursing home regulations
by clarifying the nature of the violation for which a
nursing home license can be revoked and by authorizing the
County Attorney to enforce the orders of the County Health
Officer by bringing any necessary civil action in the name
of the County and to make certain technical amendments.
