AN ACT to add Section 18.124(jjj) to Title 18, "Public
Works" subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District the
property owned by Alice McAuley Burns.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(iii) to Title 18, "Public
Works," subtitled "Public Utilities," of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District the
property owned by Roy Mason.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section
6.100 of Title 6 "County Executive" of the Howard County
Code, Subtitle 1 "Compensation," for the purpose of
increasing the compensation of the County Executive pursuant
to Section 302(e) of the Howard County Charter.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Subtitle
7, "Solicitors and Peddlers" Title 14, "licenses, Permits
and Inspections" Section 14.700 et seq. amending said
sections to designate the Administrator of the Howard County
Office of Consumer Affairs as the implementing agency.
