CRIMES INVOLVING ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND TO REMOVE TRANSITORY
LANGUAGE, BY PROPOSING TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT WITH
AMENDMENTS SECTION 1001, TO REPEAL SECTION 1010 AND ENACTING
A NEW SECTION 1010 IN LIEU THEREOF, AND TO ADD NEW SECTION
1002.1, ALL TO ARTICLE X. TITLE "MISCELLANEOUS" OF THE
BALTIMORE COUNTY CHARTER, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE SUBMISSION

AN ACT to clarify voting requirements for approval of
charter amendment, by proposing to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments. Section 120 2 of Article XII. "Manner of
Terminating This Charter And Making Amendments Thereto" of
the Baltimore County Charter and to provide for the
submission of said charter amendments to the voters of
Baltimore County, Maryland.

AN ACT to propose that the County Board of Appeals have
original and exclusive quasi-judicial jurisdiction over all
matters and appeals relating to zoning, that said Board
shall have the power to appoint hearing examiners on a
regular or specially assigned basis, as necessary and
appropriate to assist the Board and to clarify the Baltimore
County Charter to accomplish the aforesaid purposes, and
that the People's Counsel for Baltimore County have
authority to represent the public interest with reference to
zoning violations, before State and Federal administrative
agencies and courts in matters having some relation to the
People's Counsel's—zoning responsibilities, and as a
representative of the public in general and/or any persons
specifically aggrieved; by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, Sections 523, 524.1(b)(3)A, and Section 602(a)
of the Baltimore County Charter, by adding new Section 602.1
of the Baltimore County Charter, and to provide for the
crimes involving elected officials, by proposing to repeal
and re-enact with amendments Sections 1001 and 1010 of
Article X. "Miscellaneus." of Baltimore County Charter and
by adding new Section 1002.1 to said article, title and
