wastewater facilities; and
WHEREAS, the County's transfer tax is authorized by
Section 278B of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland; now, therefore,

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 17—500 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 5, "Gross
Receipts", to specifically exempt from the gross receipts
tax certain athletic organizations and changing certain
references; and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 13-400 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), as amended by Bill 113-77, Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 4, "General Development
Plan", to adopt certain revisions to the master plan for
water supply and sewage systems.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 13-400 through 13-403,
inclusive, of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 4,
"General Development Plan", and to enact new Section 13—400
in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the sections
repealed; to state certain findings of fact and legislative
intent relating to this Ordinance; to adopt a General
Development Plan for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and to
provide for its continuing review; to adopt a Countywide
Solid Waste Management Plan for Anne Arundel County,
Maryland; and generally relating to the establishment of a
framework to implement a comprehensive program to manage the
future growth and development of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland.
