AN ACT to repeal and re—enact Sections 41—b and 41—c to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963
Edition, and 1973 Supplement, being Article 1, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), entitled "Allegany
County", subtitle, "Tenure" to repeal and re—enact Section
41—b and 41—c of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to read as
follows:

AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED

"SUPERVISION AND LICENSING OF DOGS"

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact Section 117—C, and
Section 117—L of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, being Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany
County" subtitle "Supervision and Licensing of Dogs" to
follow after Section 117-D, and Section 117—K, to establish
and define the fees for dog licenses and to establish a
method for the payment of commissions in connection with the
collections of all fees, penalties, fines and expenditures
in regard to the Pules and Regulations of the aforementioned
Section.

Effective Date: July 1, 1978.

"COUNTY COMMISSIONERS"

AN ACT to add new Section 45 and 46 to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitle "County
Commissioners" to repeal Section 45 and 46 and to replace
Section 45 and 46 with new Section of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, to read as follows:

Effective Date: July 31, 1978.
