1967 Supplement, repealed and added.

RESOLUTION NO. 3-78

A RESOLUTION of the City of Hyattsville proposed
pursuant to the provisions of Article 23A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments", of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
repeal Sections 2-3 and 2-8, Article II of the City Charter
and enact a new Section 2—3 so as to amend the style
thereof, clarify the procedures for electing the president
and vice president and for filling vacancies in the office
of Mayor or Councilman, and make certain substantive changes
therein.

[Sections 45-2-3 and 45-2-8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition
and 1967 Supplement, repealed; and Section 45-2-3 added, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, as
found in the 1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, added.

RESOLUTION NO. 4-78

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville proposed pursuant to Article 23A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments", of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
repeal Sections 5-20, 5-21, 5-22, 8-3, 8-4, 11-2, 11-3,
12-1, 12-2, 12-3, and 12-4 of the Charter of the City of
Hyattsville, and to add Section 5—25 to Article V of the
Charter of the City of Hyattsville for the purpose of
clarifying the powers of the Mayor and City Council to
borrow money and to issue bonds and tax anticipation notes,
to provide procedures for the issuance of such bonds and
notes, to pledge the full faith and credit of the City of
Hyattsville and relating generally to the borrowing powers
of the Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville.
