MUNICIPAL CHAPTERS
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended),
entitled "Corporation—Municipal" to amend the Charter of The
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting
Subsection (a) entitled "Due date discounts" of Section 3—37
entitled "Taxes" of the Code of Public Laws of Dorchester
County (1974 Edition), providing for a discretionary
discount for prompt payment of taxes and clarifying certain
language contained therein.
[Section 3—37(a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date April 19, 1978]
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 92-78-2
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended),
entitled "Corporation — Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting,
with amendments. Section 3—26 entitled "Commissioners;
compensation, expenses" of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County (1974 Edition) removing obsolete language
as to salary and expenses, changing the penalty for
unexcused absence and providing for budgeted expenses.

Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 93-78-3
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended),
entitled "Corporation — Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by enacting Section 3—83
entitled "Enforcement of Ordinances" to provide for
penalties for the violation of the ordinances and laws of
the City of Cambridge.
[Section 3—83 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, added.
