to said county nor shall a permit from the County
Commissioners of said county be required, but shall be
subject to all the other provisions of this subtitle and to
such reasonable rules and regulations as have been or shall
be adopted by said Commission. All moneys collected under
this subtitle shall be paid over to the State Treasurer, and
shall become general funds of the State. Such moneys shall
thereafter be disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to
an appropriation made in accordance with §§32 and 52 of
Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the provisions
of §§ 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code,
title "Budget and Procurement," as amended from time to
time.

Every person, club, corporation or association holding
or showing any boxing, sparring or wrestling matches on a
closed circuit telecast or subscription television viewed
within this State, whether originating within this State or
another state, shall furnish the Commission a written
report, under oath, stating the exact number of tickets sold
for such showing and the amount of gross proceeds thereof,
and such other matters as the Commission may prescribe, and
shall, within [twenty-four (24)] 72 hours after the showing
of said contest, pay to the said Commission a license fee of
ten per centum (10%) of its total gross receipts from the
sale of tickets for the showing of said boxing, sparring or
wrestling match.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

authorizing the practice of engineering and deleting a
