CERTIFICATIONS

Constitution of Maryland, do, by this, my Proclamation,
hereby proclaim and delcare that the greatest number of
votes having been cast against the adoption of the
above Chapters 972, 973 and 977 of the Acts of 1978,
the same have failed of ratification.
