AN ACT concerning

Maryland Register and Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR)

FOR the purpose of making certain alterations concerning the
contents of the Maryland Register and Code of Maryland
Regulations (COMAR); and clarifying certain language in
the law pertaining to the Code of Maryland Regulations
(COMAR).

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

Departments
Section 256G(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1978 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

Departments

256G.

(b) The administrator may prepare, or procure by
contract, and include in the [permanent supplements]
REGISTER OR AND OR CODE OF MARYLAND REGULATIONS annotations
of judicial decisions and other explanatory material
relating to any document published in the [permanent
supplement] REGISTER OR AND OR CODE OF MARYLAND
REGULATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
