AS A SPECIALIST TO THE PUBLIC IN AN ETHICAL MANNER PRIOR TO

JULY 1, 1979.

(A) A LICENSED DENTIST MAY NOT HOLD HIMSELF OPT TO THE

PUBLIC AS A SPECIALIST IN ANY FIELD OF DENTISTRY__UNLESS__HE

IS IDENTIFIED AS A SPECIALIST BY THE BOARD.

(2) (B) A LICENSED DENTIST IS CONSIDERED TO

HOLD HIMSELF OUT TO THE PUBLIC AS BEING ESPECIALLY

QUALIFIED IN A BRANCH OF DENTISTRY AS__A SPECIALIST IF HE

ANNOUNCES HIS DENTAL PRACTICE BY CARD, LETTERHEAD, DIRECTORY
LISTINGS, OR OTHER PRINTED MANNER, USING SUCH TERMS AS
"SPECIALIST," "PRACTICE LIMITED TO...," "SPECIAL ATTENTION
TO...," "LIMITED TO SPECIALTY OF...," OR EQUIVALENT WORDS OR
PHRASES, AND DESIGNATES ONE OR MORE SPECIALTIES.

(E) A LICENSED DENTIST WHO MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS

FOR SPECIALIZED DENTAL PRACTICE-—ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD

SHALL USE THE PHRASE "PRACTICE LIMITED TO..." AND NO OTHER

PHRASE, IN CARDS, LETTERHEADS, DIRECTORY LISTINGS, AND OTHER
PRINTED MATTER, OR
SIGNS WHICH REFER TO HIS SPECIALIZATION,

(C) A LICENSED DENTIST WHO IS IDENTIFIED AS A

SPECIALIST BY THE BOARD SHALL USE ONLY LANGUAGE APPROVED BY

THE BOARD IN ANY CARDS, LETTERHEADS, DIRECTORY LISTINGS,

SIGNS, OR OTHER PRINTED MATTER WHICH REFER TO HIS

SPECIALIZATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

(House Bill 898)

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County — Industrial Development Revenue Bonds

for the purpose of providing that the definition of
"industrial building" or "building," as used with
regard to "Industrial Buildings for Counties and
Municipalities," includes certain commercial office
buildings and ancillary facilities used and operated in
Anne Arundel County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
