SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That "Subtitle 14. Operation of Vehicles on
Certain Toll Bridges and Tunnels" of Title 21, of Article —
Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renamed
to be "Subtitle 14. Operation of Vehicles on Certain Toll
facilities."

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

21-1411.

(a) Except as permitted by the rules and regulations
of the Maryland Transportation Authority, a person may not
transport any of the following dangerous articles across or
through any vehicular crossing OR HIGHWAY WITHIN THE
JURISDICTION OF THE MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY:

(1)	Combustible liquids;
(2)	Compressed gases;
(3)	Corrosive liquids;
(4)	Explosives;
(5)	Flammable liquids;
(6)	Flammable solids;
(7)	Oxidizing materials; [or]
(8)	Poisonous articles; OR
(9)	RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
