(II) AT LEAST 80 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION IN
THE CLINICAL PRACTICE OF ELECTROLOGY TAUGHT IN AN APPROVED
INSTITUTION BY A LICENSED INSTRUCTOR ELECTROLOGIST.

(E) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR
INSTRUCTOR ELECTROLOGIST LICENSE.

AN APPLICANT FOR AN INSTRUCTOR ELECTROLOGIST LICENSE
SHALL:

(1)   HOLD A CURRENT LICENSE TO PRACTICE
ELECTROLOGY IN THIS STATE;

(2)   HAVE PRACTICED ELECTROLOGY ACTIVELY FOR AT
LEAST 5 YEARS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE APPLICATION; AND

(3)   SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE INSTRUCTOR
ELECTROLOGIST EXAMINATION.

144-15. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES.

TO APPLY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL:

(1)   SUBMIT TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM
THAT IT REQUIRES;

(2)   SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE
REQUIREMENTS OF § 144-14 OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(3) PAY TO THE BOARD AN EXAMINATION FEE OF $100.

144-16. EXAMINATIONS.

(A)   RIGHT TO EXAMINATION.

IF AN APPLICANT OTHERWISE QUALIFIES FOR A LICENSE UNDER
THIS SUBTITLE, THE APPLICANT IS ENTITLED TO BE EXAMINED AS
PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION.

(B)   ADMINISTRATION OF EXAMINATIONS.

THE BOARD SHALL ADMINISTER OR APPROVE EXAMINATIONS.

(C)   TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION.

EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE ADMINISTERED AT LEAST TWICE A
YEAR, AT THE TIMES AND PLACES THAT THE BOARD DETERMINES.

(D)   NOTICE OF EXAMINATION.

THE BOARD SHALL NOTIFY EACH QUALIFIED APPLICANT OF THE
TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION.

(E)   SUBJECT AND METHOD OF EXAMINATION.
