HARRY HUGHES, Governor 2015 (II) AT LEAST 80 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION IN (E) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR AN APPLICANT FOR AN INSTRUCTOR ELECTROLOGIST LICENSE (1) HOLD A CURRENT LICENSE TO PRACTICE (2) HAVE PRACTICED ELECTROLOGY ACTIVELY FOR AT (3) SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE INSTRUCTOR 144-15. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES. TO APPLY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL: (1) SUBMIT TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM (2) SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE (3) PAY TO THE BOARD AN EXAMINATION FEE OF $100. 144-16. EXAMINATIONS. (A) RIGHT TO EXAMINATION. IF AN APPLICANT OTHERWISE QUALIFIES FOR A LICENSE UNDER (B) ADMINISTRATION OF EXAMINATIONS. THE BOARD SHALL ADMINISTER OR APPROVE EXAMINATIONS. (C) TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION. EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE ADMINISTERED AT LEAST TWICE A (D) NOTICE OF EXAMINATION. THE BOARD SHALL NOTIFY EACH QUALIFIED APPLICANT OF THE (E) SUBJECT AND METHOD OF EXAMINATION.
