2012 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 715 (4) A MEMBER WHO IS APPOINTED AFTER A TERM HAS (5) A MEMBER MAY NOT BE APPOINTED FOR MORE THAN (E) REMOVAL. THE GOVERNOR MAY REMOVE A MEMBER FOR INCOMPETENCY OR 144-7. OFFICERS. (A) IN GENERAL. FROM AMONG ITS MEMBERS, THE BOARD SHALL ELECT A (B) ELECTIONS AND TERMS OF OFFICE. THE MANNER OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND THEIR TERMS OF 144-8. QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF. (A) QUORUM. A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS THEN SERVING ON THE BOARD IS (B) MEETINGS. THE BOARD SHALL MEET AT LEAST FOUR TIMES A YEAR, AT THE (C) COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES. (1) COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE (2) REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE (D) STAFF. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE BUDGET, THE BOARD MAY: (1) EMPLOY STAFF; AND (2) HAVE AVAILABLE AS A CONSULTANT A PHYSICIAN 144-9. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.
