AN ACT concerning

Dorchester County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Hours of Sale)

FOR the purpose of providing certain hours of sale on Sunday
for certain class licence holders in Dorchester County;
and clarifying language FOR the purpose of providing
that in Dorchester County Class A off—sale beer
licensees may sell beer from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight on
Mondays through Sundays.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

97.

In Dorchester County, notwithstanding any other
provisions of this subtitle, on Monday through Saturday a
Class C, beer, wine and liquor licensee [shall be entitled
to] MAY sell beer, wine and liquor for consumption on the
premises only, between the hours of 10 [o'clock] a.m. and 1
[o'clock] a.m. on the following day and on Sundays between
the hours of [1:00 o'clock] 1 p.m. and [12:00 o'clock] 12
midnight. On Monday through Saturday Class [A and] C beer
licensees may sell beer and Class B beer, wine and liquor
licensees may sell beer, wine and liquor until [1;00
o'clock] 1 a.m. on the following day and on Sundays between
the hours of [1:00 o'clock] 1 p.m. and [12:00 o'clock] 12
