Attorney General, one or more sets of the Maryland Reports,
and copies of the additional reports as issued, one or more
sets of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, and
copies of the additional acts as issued, and sets of the
several codes containing the public general and local laws
of Maryland, and supplements thereto as issued, and also
from time to time such other law books, or sets thereof, now
or hereafter in the State LAW Library, as the Attorney
General may desire for his Department, and as, in the
judgment of the State LAW Library, are available for that
purpose; the title to all of said books to remain in the
State of Maryland.
Article 40 - General Assembly

The recommendations of the standing committees,
statutory committees, and special committees appointed by
the Legislative Policy Committee shall be completed,
compiled and made public, together with the reports relating
to the recommendations, at least 30 days prior to any
session of the General Assembly at which these
recommendations are to be submitted. A copy of the
recommendations and reports shall be mailed to each member
of the General Assembly, to each elective State officer, and
to the State LAW Library.

It is the duty of every officer, board, institution and
commission of the State, including special or temporary
officers, boards and commissions to file with the Department
of Legislative Reference two copies of every regular or
special report, bulletin, periodical, catalog and other
publication issued by him or it, whether the report is in
printed or other form, and also to file with the State LAW
Library, the Hall of Records, the McKeldin Library of the
University of Maryland, the Enoch Pratt Free Library
(central branch), an agency of the respective counties
designated by their governing bodies, and the department of
legislative reference of Baltimore City, at least one copy
of the report or other publication.
Article 41 — Governor — Executive and
Administrative Departments

The said manual shall be distributed as follows:
twenty—five copies bound in cloth to the Maryland State LAW
library; ten copies, two of which shall be bound in cloth,
to each of the members of the legislature; one copy to each
public or private school or educational institution in the
State of Maryland; fifty copies bound in cloth to the State
Department of Legislative Reference, for exchange with other
states; and the Secretary of State is hereby authorized to
