Ch. 619

(b) Copies of this compilation shall be made
available for inspection at the office of the county
council, county executive, or county manager, during normal
business hours; and copies shall be kept on permanent record
in the same office. Copies also shall be furnished to the
Hall of Records Commission, the State LAW Library, and to
each member of the legislative delegation of the county.
The foregoing copies shall be furnished without charge, and
the county also may make other copies available at a
reasonable cost to any person.

Article 25B — Home Rule for Code Counties

(b) Whenever the county commissioners proclaim the
adoption or rejection of code home rule status, they shall
send notification promptly to the following State agencies:
