Public School Employees - Assault Leave

FOR the purpose of providing that an employee of a county
board of education receives paid leave time for an
assault occurring within the scope of employment;
establishing certain rules for the use of assault
leave; and generally relating to assault leave for
public school employees.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
