Ch. 558

(4) A child 16 years old or older alleged to
have committed the crime of robbery with a deadly weapon OR
ATTEMPTED ROBBERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON as well as all Other
charges against the child arising out of the same incident,
unless an order removing the proceeding to the court has
been filed pursuant to § 594A of Article 27.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Police Records)
PG 302-79

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License
Commissioners of Prince George's County to obtain
certain police records on certain applicants from law
enforcement agencies.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 56(13)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

56.

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, every
new application for a license shall be made to the board of
license commissioners or the clerks of court upon forms
prescribed by the Comptroller and sworn to by the applicant.
Every application for a license shall contain the following
statements:

(13) A statement as to whether the applicant has
ever been adjudged guilty of any offense against the laws of
