(3) The total amount of compensation received
from the corporation or other business entity during the
year for which the statement is filed.

(f)   Liabilities to persons doing business with State.
—A schedule of all liabilities to any person doing business
with the State WHICH IS owed at any time during the year for
which the statement is filed, excluding retail credit
accounts by the person making the statement, OR, IF THE
