EACH UNIFORMED OFFICER, WHEN ON DUTY, SHALL WEAR A
BADGE IN PLAIN VIEW IDENTIFYING THE APPOINTING RAILROAD
EMPLOYER. ALL OFFICERS SHALL CARRY IDENTIFICATION CARDS
ISSUED BY THE APPOINTING RAILROAD.

EACH OFFICER SHALL RECEIVE COMPENSATION FROM THE
APPOINTING RAILROAD.

EMPLOYMENT OF ANY OFFICER SHALL TERMINATE ON HIS DEATH,
RETIREMENT, RESIGNATION, OR DISCHARGE. ALL POSERS GRANTED
TO AN OFFICER UNDER THIS SUBHEADING SHALL END ON SUCH
TERMINATION. WITHIN 10 DAYS THEREAFTER, THE APPOINTING
RAILROAD SHALL FILE NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF THE OFFICER
WITH THE GOVERNOR.

GOVERNOR KAY ENTER INTO A RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE
GOVERNOR OF ANY OTHER STATE EMPOWERING RAILROAD POLICE
OFFICERS TO PERFORM POLICE FUNCTIONS LAWFULLY EXERCISED BY
AN OFFICER OF THE RECIPROCAL STATE RELATING TO THE PURPOSES
DESCRIBED IN § 258 §§ 2 58 AND 261 OF THIS SUBHEADING.
