1316 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 46 5 18-302. (b) (1) Each applicant for a general State scholarship (i) Take a competitive examination (ii) Be accepted for admission in the (2) An applicant who is attending an eligible institution and who has completed at least 1 year in good academic standing at that institution is exempt from the 18-304.
