SHALL BE BASED UPON EXPERIENCE FOR EACH CLASS OF BUSINESS
REPORTED BY ALL INSURERS WRITING CREDIT LIFE AND CREDIT
HEALTH INSURANCE IN THIS STATE EXCLUDING EXPERIENCE FOR
WHICH PREMIUM RATES ARE ESTABLISHED BY CASE. THE
PROMULGATION OF PRIMA FACIE RATES BY THE COMMISSIONER MAY
NOT BE CONSTRUED TO PROHIBIT THE FILING OF OTHER PREMIUM
RATES FOR USE WITH NEW CASES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 436H(B).

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Senatorial and General State Scholarships - Terminal
Certificate Students

FOR the purpose of providing that students enrolled in
terminal certificate programs at certain accredited
institutions of higher education whose course work is
acceptable for transfer credit on an accredited
baccalaureate program are eligible for general State
and senatorial scholarships; and providing for the
duration of such scholarships when awarded to such
students.
