Butyl Nitrite

FOR the purpose of providing that it is unlawful to inhale
excessive quantities of butyl nitrite so as to cause
excitement, stupefaction, or certain other conditions;
providing, by reference, that it is unlawful to
distribute or possess with intent to distribute this
substance to minors for certain purposes; making it
