The Department of Economic and Community Development -
St. Mary's City Commission - Grant for construction of a
typical 17th Century domestic dwelling for use as an exhibit
building, $80,000, Section 5.2 J2 of Chapter 886 found on
page 3651 of the Laws of 1975.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the

provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975,
previously suspended by Section 334 of the Acts
of 1977, be and are hereby further suspended insofar as they
impose a time limit for placing under contract the following
project in Section 5.2 of Chapter 886, as amended by Section
3 of Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1977:

Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services—

Division of Correction - Headquarters - a Community Adult

Rehabilitation Center in Charles County and the State's
share of the costs for a pre-trial facility in Charles
County, $23,100, Section 5.2 E1(a)(3) of Chapter 886, as
amended on page 2067 of the Laws of 1977.

SECTION -4- 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975
as amended by Section 1 of Chapter 897 of the Acts of 1977
be and they are hereby further suspended insofar as they
impose a time limit for placing under contract the following
project in Section 1 of Chapter 897.

George's Protestant Episcopal Church, $15,000, Section 1 of
