of the Acts of 1973, previously suspended by Section 1 of
Chapter 563 of the Acts of 1975 and Section 4 of Chapter 707
of the Acts of 1977, be and they are hereby further
suspended insofar as they impose a time limit for placing
under contract the following projects in Section 5.2 of
Chapter 195:

Maryland State Police - Acquisition of land and
preparation of preliminary plans and specifications for
construction of the Golden Ring Barracks, land acquisition
$40,000, preparation of preliminary plans $10,000, Section
5.2(M)(2) of Chapter 195, found on page 303 of the Laws of
1973;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975,
previously suspended by Section 5 of Chapter 707 of the Acts
of 1977, be and they are hereby further suspended insofar as
they impose a time limit for placing under contract the
following projects in Section 5.2 of Chapter 886:

Board of Public Works - General - Acquisition of site
(approximately 2 1/2 acres), design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for construction of a
District Court Building in Baltimore City, site acquisition
$550,000, detailed planning funds $240,000, Section 5.2
A3(b) of Chapter 886, found on page 3619 of the Laws of
1975;

Department of Natural Resources - Park Service

Administration - Elk Neck - Black Hill Ranger Station

Planning and preparation of preliminary plans and

specifications for construction of addition to the office,
storage building, service yard, and utilities, $25,000,
Section 5.2 C2(d) of Chapter 886, found on pages 3621-3622
of the Laws of 1975;

Department of Natural Resources -- Park Service

Administration - Herrington Manor State Park - Construction

of concession building $60,000, Section 5.2 C2(e) of Chapter
866, found on page 3622 of the Laws of 1975;

Department of Natural Resources - Park Service

Administration - Tuckahoe State Park Planning and

preparation of detailed plans and specifications to

construct an earth dam to create a 22-acre lake in the day
use area, $45,000, Section 5.2 C2(k) of Chapter 866, found
on page 3623 of the Laws of 1975;

Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services—

Division of Correction - Central Laundry - Planning and

preparation of detailed plans and specifications to modify
water distribution system, $20,000, Section 5.2 E1(f)(2) of
Chapter 866 found on page 3635 of the Laws of 1975;
