CHESAPEAKE BAY OR ITS TRIBUTARIES NORTH OF A LINE DRAWN FROM
HOWELL POINT TO TAYLOR ISLAND POINT BETWEEN JUNE 1 AND
OCTOBER 31, INCLUSIVE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Assessments and Taxation determines the classifications
and salaries of the supervisors of assessments, subject
to certain conditions; and deleting the statutory
classifications.
