16-205.

(b) If permitted by the board of trustees of a
community college, any resident of this State who is 60
years old or older OR WHO IS RETIRED AND DISABLED AS DEFINED
BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY OR RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT AND who
enrolls in any class at the community college that has at
least ten or is being continued with less than ten regularly
enrolled students:

(1)  Is exempt from payment of tuition; and

(2)  Shall be counted in computing full-time
equivalent enrollment under § 16-403 of this Title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Inspections of Hospitals and Related Institutions

FOR the purpose of making it a misdemeanor for certain
persons to give or receive information about an
anticipated inspection of a hospital or related
institution in certain circumstances; and providing a
penalty.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 43 - Health

Section 561(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

561.

(a) (1) The Board, or its designated agent, shall
periodically inspect each hospital and related institution
