CONFLICT WITH THE MATTER IN WHICH THE APPEARANCE IS BEING
ENTERED. ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT MAY BE GRANTED A CONTINUANCE
IF:

(1)  THE ENTRY OF APPEARANCE IS MADE IN GOOD
FAITH AND NOT FOR PURPOSES OF DELAY;

(2)  THE CASE HAS NOT BEEN CONTINUED PREVIOUSLY
AN UNREASONABLE NUMBER OF TIMES; AND

(3)  AT THE TIME HIS APPEARANCE IS ENTERED HE IS
THE ATTORNEY OF RECORD IN ANOTHER COURT PROCEEDING WHICH
PREVIOUSLY HAD BEEN SCHEDULED FOR A TIME WHICH WILL CAUSE A
CONFLICT WITH THE CASE IN WHICH THE APPEARANCE IS BEING
ENTERED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(q) In Prince George's County each of the members of
the board, except the chairman, shall receive an annual
