(c) Bonds of the Housing Opportunities Commission of
Montgomery County may be sold either at public or private

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Bailiff's Pensions

FOR the purpose of permitting the surviving spouse of any
person who is eligible for certain pension benefits in
Baltimore City to receive a certain portion of those
benefits subject to conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 4 - Baltimore City

22-27.

(a) (1) Any bailiffs who, on July 1, 1968, are
designated as Jury Commissioner and as Assistant Jury
Commissioner, shall after having served twenty preceding
consecutive years as a bailiff and/or Jury Commissioner or
Assistant Jury Commissioner, be entitled to retirement
salaries in the amount of $7,500 per annum for the Jury
