(XV)  FOUNDATION REPAIRS DUE TO STRUCTURAL
DEFECT OR AGE PROVIDED THERE IS NO ENLARGEMENT OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OR DWELLING;

(XVI)  REPLACEMENT OF AN EXISTING AIR
CONDITIONER OR OTHER BUILT-IN APPLIANCES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Council on Toxic Substances

FOR the purpose of requiring the Governor on the
recommendation of the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene to appoint and maintain a Council on Toxic
Substances to provide advice in all matters relating to
toxic and carcinogenic substances; specifying the
membership of the Council; allowing members of the
Council to be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the
performance of their duties; providing for necessary
secretarial and support services; defining certain
terms; specifying certain duties for the Council; and
generally relating to the Council on Toxic Substances.
