AN ACT concerning

Displaced Homemaker Programs

FOR the purpose of establishing the multipurpose service
center for displaced homemakers as a permanent project;
enabling the Secretary of Human Resources to establish
another center and to extend the center's programs
throughout the State if funds are available; providing
for an annual report on the center and its programs;
providing that, if federal funds are available for a
center, federal criteria take precedence over State
criteria in certain cases; deleting obsolete provisions
relating to program evaluation; and renumbering certain
provisions.
