HARRY HUGHES, Governor                               1027

(a)   No person may use a delivery ticket not signed by
a licensed weighmaster, or knowingly issue or use a delivery
ticket which purports to bear the signature of a licensed
weighmaster, but which, in fact, is a forgery.

(b)   A licensed weighmaster may not permit issuance or
use of a delivery ticket which is not in fact signed by him
or does not express a weight ascertained by him.

(c)   The actual amount of the load of solid fuel being
transported or delivered may not be less than the weight
represented in the delivery ticket.

(d)   No person may haul, transport, sell, deliver, or
directly or indirectly, cause to be hauled, transported,
sold, or delivered any anthracite brought into the State by
motor vehicle, unaccompanied by a certificate of origin or
accompanied by a false, fraudulent, or unauthorized
certificate of origin.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Patuxent Institution - Personal Record

FOR the purpose of providing that the Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation of the Department of Education and
providers of medical care under certain circumstances
may request and receive records for specific reasons of
a person confined at the Patuxent Institution.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 31B - Patuxent Institution

Section 13(d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
