(1) The name and location of the owner or
operator of the breaker, colliery, or other place of
production;
(2) The kind, size, and weight of the
anthracite;
(3) The name and address of the person claiming
ownership of the anthracite;
(4) The name and address of the driver of the
motor vehicle transporting the anthracite, the State motor
vehicle and registration number, and the loading date of the
vehicle; and
(5) The name and address of the person to whom
the anthracite is to be delivered.
(c) The driver of a motor vehicle bringing anthracite
into the State shall have the anthracite weighed by a
licensed weighmaster before delivering it.
(d) At the time of weighing, the driver shall file'
with the weighmaster a duplicate of the original certificate
of origin. The weighmaster shall file the duplicate
original certificate with the Secretary within one week. It
may be inspected by the public at any reasonable hour
pursuant to Departmental rule or regulation.
(e) The weighmaster, upon signing the delivery ticket
for the load of anthracite, shall make a notation upon the
delivery ticket of the serial number and date of the
certificate of origin covering the anthracite.]

A licensed weighmaster may not weigh up and sign a
delivery ticket for any load of solid fuel unless:
(1) He weighs the load on a scale located
within the State which has been tested, inspected, and
approved by the Secretary, local inspector, deputy local
inspector, or by the person in Baltimore City charged with
this duty, if the scales are located there;
(2) He weighs the vehicle so as to determine
the correct net weight of the fuel; and
(3) All the wheels of the vehicle, tractor,
trailer, or semitrailer transporting the solid fuel are on
the scale at the same time; however, if the tractor is
disconnected from the trailer or semitrailer at the time of
weighing, the trailer, or semitrailer may be weighed without
the tractor.]
