obtain a license; providing a fee for issuance and

teacher.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

318.

Any person who has had a master barber's license for
five years prior to application, is of good moral character,
and is a high school graduate or equivalent may make
application to the Board for a barber science teacher's
[certification] LICENSE. Upon payment of an examination fee
