3-113. ELECTION OF COUNTY BOARDS.

(A) ELECTED COUNTY BOARDS.

IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES, THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNTY
BOARD SHALL BE ELECTED:

(1)

ALLEGANY;

(2)

CARROLL;

(3)

CHARLES;

(4)

HOWARD;

(5)

KENT;

(6)

PRINCE GEORGE'S;

(7)

MONTGOMERY; AND

(8)

WASHINGTON.

(B) CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS.

THE ELECTION OF THE COUNTY BOARDS SHALL BE HELD AS
PROVIDED IN SUBTITLES 2 THROUGH 10 OF THIS TITLE AND ARTICLE
33 OF THE CODE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added for
clarity.

The following is a list of the subtitles in this
title that apply to each county: Allegany —
Subtitle 2; Carroll — Subtitle 3; Charles —
Subtitle 4; Howard — Subtitle 5; Kent —
Subtitle 6; Montgomery — Subtitle 7; Prince
George's — Subtitle 8; and Washington —
Subtitle 10.

As to specific provisions dealing with the
election procedures for county board members, see
