BODIES OF THE ANNUAL ALLOCATION OF SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION FUNDS
RECOMMENDED TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS BY THE GOVERNOR
UNDER THE CONSOLIDATED CAPITAL DEBT PROGRAM OF ARTICLE 31.
THE NOTIFICATION SHALL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GOVER-
NOR HAS RECOMMENDED THE ALLOCATIONS SO THAT THE COUNTIES AND
BALTIMORE CITY MAY STRUCTURE THEIR RESPECTIVE SCHOOL CON-
STRUCTION AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PRIORITIES IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE ANNUAL ALLOCATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June July 1, 1978.

THE BUDGET BILL

(Fiscal Year 1979)

AN ACT for the purpose of making the proposed appropriations
contained in the State Budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1979, in accordance with Article III,
Section 52 of the Maryland Constitution; and generally
relating to appropriations and budgetary provisions
made pursuant to that section.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That subject to the provisions hereinafter set
forth and subject to the Public General Laws of Maryland
relating to the Budget procedure, the several amounts here-
inafter specified, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient
to accomplish the purposes designated, are hereby appropri-
ated and authorized to be disbursed for the several purposes
specified for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1978, and
ending June 30, 1979, as hereinafter indicated.
