(d)   "Housing unit" or "housing units" means housing
facilities and living accommodations which may include
eating facilities, recreational facilities, student
facilities, and student union buildings.

(e)   "Related facilities" means eating facilities,
recreational facilities and student facilities.

(f)  "Board" means the board of Morgan State University.

75. Same—Housing units; acquisition and disposal of
property; contracts; acceptance of federal funds.

In order to provide additional facilities for the
public colleges under its control, the board of Morgan State
University may:

(1)   Construct, equip, maintain, repair and operate one
or more housing units for students, both graduate and
undergraduate, at each of the public colleges under its
direction and control;

(2) Issue revenue bonds of the board for the purpose of
paying all or any part of the cost of any one or more
housing units;

(3)   Fix and revise, fees, rents and other charges for
the use of the housing units;

(4)  Acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal
property in the exercise of its powers and the performance
of its duties under this subtitle;

(5)  Hake all contracts and agreements necessary or
incidental to the performance of its duties and the
execution of its powers under this subtitle, and to employ
consulting engineers, attorneys, construction and financial
experts and other employees and agents necessary, and to fix
their compensation. All acts and agreements shall be paid
solely from the proceeds of revenue bonds issued under the
provisions of this subtitle, or from funds otherwise
provided;

(6)   Receive and accept from the United States of
America or any agency grants for the construction of any
housing unit or any part, and to receive and accept aid or
contributions from any source of either money, property,
labor or other things of value, to be held, used and applied
only for the purposes for which grants and contributions may
be made; and

(7)   Do all acts and things necessary or convenient to
carry out the powers expressly granted by the provisions of
this subtitle.
