568 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 2 2 THE MEMBERS OF THE ALLEGANY COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (B) NOMINATION; QUALIFICATIONS; FILING FEE. NOMINATION FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE ALLEGANY COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL BE BY PETITION SIGNED BY AT LEAST 200 VOTERS FROM THE COUNTY. EACH PETITION SHALL BE FILED WITH (C) PRIMARY ELECTION. IF MORE THAN TWO PERSONS FILE AS CANDIDATES FOR EACH SUPERVISORS__SHALL HOLD A PRIMARY ELECTION TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF CANDIDATES TO TWO PER VACANCY ON THE BOARD. (D) MEMBERS ELECTED AT LARGE. THE FIVE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD SHALL BE ELECTED AT LARGE 32-2. CARROLL COUNTY. (A) NOMINATION. NOMINATION FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF BY PETITION ENDORSED BY A MINIMUM OF 200 REGISTERED VOTERS FROM CARROLL COUNTY.___EACH PETITION SHALL BE FILED WITH THE BOARD OF ELECTION SUPERVISORS OF CARROLL COUNTY NOT LATER SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A__$25 FILING FEE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE IN THIS SECTION___PROVIDED, EACH PETITION SHALL CONFORM GENERALLY 10 THE LAWS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS (B) ELECTIONS. THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ELECTIONS OF CARROLL COUNTY EDUCATION AS HEREIN PROVIDED. PROVISIONS SHALL BE MADE FOR THE USE OF VOTING MACHINES, OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE, FOR THE USE OF PAPER BALLOTS.__THE NAMES OF ALL CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN DULY QUALIFIED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION FOR ELECTION TO THE SEVERAL BOARD OF__EDUCATION OFFICES SHALL, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF DEATH, BE PLACED ON THE BALLOT.
