excess and additional insurance coverage, and for the
administration and approval of claims; to create a Self
Insurance Fund Committee and set forth the composition,
powers and functions of the Committee; and matters
generally related to the implementation of a
self-insurance program in Anne Arundel County.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Section 1-216(a) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2,
"Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service" and to
enact new Section 1-216(a) in lieu thereof to stand in
the place of the Section repealed, to establish salary
schedules for certain County employees and to provide
that such schedules shall become effective at certain
times; and matters generally related thereto.

Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 70 and to provide that
