Section 12—1103(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing",
Article I, "Plumbing Regulations", to provide that it
shall be unlawful to connect a food waste grinder to a
domestic individual sewage disposal system; and matters
generally related thereto.

County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", and to
enact new Section 17-710 in lieu thereof to stand in
the place of the section repealed; to levy and impose a
tax on consideration for keeping storing or docking
boats; to provide the rate and method of collection
thereof; to provide penalties for failure to comply
with the provisions of said section; and matters
generally related thereto.
