AN ORDINANCE To add new Sections 12-2500-2514, inclusive, to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), to Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", to be under new Subtitle 25, entitled
"Places of Public Assembly", to follow immediately
after Section 12-2422 of said Code, to require that
certain places of public assembly be licensed,
establishing certain definitions, establishing certain
structural load and stress requirements, establishing
certain procedural and application conditions for
licenses applicants, establishing certain conditions
imposed on licensees, providing for the issuance of
orders under certain circumstances, establishing
certain penalties and other remedies for violations of
the subtitle, and generally relating to the regulation
of places of public assembly in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 15-500 through 15-509,
inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works",
Subtitle 5, "Storm Waters", to follow immediately after
Section 15-417 thereof, to generally establish storm
water management requirements for certain development
in Anne Arundel County, establishing certain purposes
and definitions, permitting adoption of certain design
standards by the Department of Public Works, providing
certain exemptions from application of certain design
criteria, requiring that certain persons submit certain
plans at certain administrative processing stages,
establishing certain standards for the purpose of
determining structures to be used in storm water
management, exempting certain land parcels from storm
water management requirements, providing for waiver or
modification of requirements under certain
circumstances, providing that certain storm water
management facility construction shall be bonded to
guarantee satisfactory completion of construction,
requiring certain agreements to be executed and funds
to be appropriated by certain owners of applicants for
storm water management purposes, authorizing the County
to engage in certain maintenance and operational
activities for failing facilities, establishing certain
revolving accounts for maintenance purposes,
establishing certain enforcement authority and
permitting attachment of certain liens for unpaid
costs, assessing certain costs incurred by the County
to certain persons, changing certain off-site drainage
fee requirements for certain applicants, and generally
relating to the establishment of storm water management
requirements imposed on the improvement of property in
Anne Arundel County.
