AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 3-200, 3-201 and 3-202 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1976 Edition and Supplements), Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 2, "Structural Requirements", and
to repeal Sections 3—203, 3-207 and 3-208 of the same
Code, Title and Subtitle, and to repeal and re—enact,
with amendments, and renumber Sections 3-204, 3—205 and
3-206 of the sane Code, Title and Subtitle, and to add
new Section 3-206 to the same Code, Title and Subtitle,
updating and changing structural requirements relating
to the construction of buildings in Anne Arundel
County, adopting by reference the 1975 BOCA Basic
Building Code (Sixth Edition) and certain amendments to
such Code, and generally relating to the regulation of
building construction in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 11A-1205 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11A, "Housing
Maintenance and Occupancy Code", Subtitle 12,
"Licenses", to clarify certain language pertaining to
operating license fees for rooming houses.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 12—2419 (a) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12,
"Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 24, "Air
Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration", to extend the
time in which certain persons are required to furnish
certain information to the Director of the Department
of Inspections and Permits.
