AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 13-103 (52) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions",
Article I, "In General"; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 13-302 of said Code and Title,
Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article
III, "Residential Districts - General Provisions"; and
to add new Section 13-130 of said Code and Title,
Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions", Article V, "Other Division
of Property"; to provide that residential dwellings may
be constructed or certain lots even if certain minimum
lot area and width requirements are not complied with;
to provide that resubdivision or modification of
existing lots shall conform to the current zoning and
subdivision regulations applicable to such lots with
certain exceptions; to expressly ratify, confirm, and
validate the approval by the Planning and Zoning
Officer of the issuance of permits for the construction
of residential dwellings on certain property; and
matters generally related thereto.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to enact new Section 12-1103(e) to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", Article I,
"Plumbing Regulations" to follow immediately after
Section 12-1103(d) thereof as enacted by Bill No.
103-76, to provide that the County Health Officer may
waive or modify the provisions of the Plumbing Code
relating to minimum lot sizes and distances as a
prerequisite to the installation of individual sewage
disposal systems on resubdivision of certain property;
and to expressly ratify, confirm, and validate the
approval by the County Health Officer of the issuance
of permits for the installation of certain individual
sewage disposal systems.
