AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-600 through 13-615

13-614, inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", to be under Subtitle 6, "Interim Growth
Management Ordinance", to follow immediately after
Section 13-502 thereof, to regulate, for a definite
time, subdivision approvals, special exceptions and
reclassification of property in certain areas of the
County affected by the pending revision of the County's

General Development Plan of 1968, and prospective

amendments to Title 13 of the Anne Arundel County Code
arising from the completion of the updated General

Development Plan; and matters generally related

thereto, AND TO PROHIBIT SUCH ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS
FOR PROPERTY IN OTHER AREAS OF THE COUNTY, ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN PURPOSES AND INTENT FOR THE ORDINANCE,
PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN STUDIES SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN
AND/OF COMPLETED WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME, ESTABLISHING AN
ALLOCATION PROCEDURE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES,
ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE AND ENFORCEMENT
PROCEDURES, AND CERTAIN APPEAL AND VARIANCE PROVISIONS,
ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ELEMENTS TO BE USED IN A PERMANENT
GROWTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY, AND GENERALLY
RELATING TO TEMPORARY REGULATION OF CERTAIN
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS PENDING COMPLETION OF AN
UPDATING OF CERTAIN PLANS AND STUDIES.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 9-204   to the Anne Arundel

County Code (1967 Edition and    Supplements), Title 9,

"Finance", Subtitle 2, "Budget",    to follow immediately

after Section 9-203 thereof, to provide for the

inclusion of certain information   in the capital budget
and capital program for each fiscal year.
