existing description of the flag and seal of Kent
County, Maryland.

Laws of Kent County (1968 being Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland as amended) titled

reimburse members of various Boards, Commissions, and
Committees for reasonable expenses incurred in their
duties.
